How can I finance a new furnace or AC?

Act Cost Guides Make your decision

TemperaturePro Saskatoon offers flexible HVAC financing through Financeit, with quick approval and monthly payments that fit your budget. You apply during your free estimate, get a fast decision, and schedule on terms that work for you. Use the calculator below to estimate a monthly payment from your own quote amount.

Quick answer

  • Financing is provided through Financeit, subject to credit approval.
  • Apply during your free estimate; get a fast decision before you commit.
  • Promotional plans change — ask us for current offers.
  • Estimate your monthly payment below from your own quote amount.

How financing makes a replacement manageable

A new furnace or air conditioner is a big purchase, and it rarely happens on a convenient schedule. Financing turns a large one-time cost into predictable monthly payments, so you can choose the right system for your home instead of the cheapest stopgap. You apply during your free estimate, we walk you through it, and you get a quick decision.

Estimate your monthly payment

Because we're a quote-only company, we don't post fixed equipment prices — every home is different. Instead, the calculator below lets you enter the amount from your own estimate and see what the monthly payment would look like across the available plans. It's an illustration, not an offer: promotional rates and terms change, and all financing is subject to credit approval through Financeit. Ask us for the current offers during your estimate. You may also be able to lower your out-of-pocket cost with SaskEnergy rebates.

What would a new furnace or AC cost per month?

TemperaturePro Saskatoon gives free, upfront quotes and doesn't post fixed prices — the right furnace or AC depends on your home, ductwork, and efficiency goals. Enter your estimate to see monthly payments on each Financeit plan. All plans use a 60-month term. After a 0% promotional window (3 or 6 months), APR is 13.99% for the rest of the term; the standard non-promotional plan is 8.99% APR for 60 months. An administrative fee of 1.5% (max $149) applies. You can pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. All financing is subject to credit approval — ask us for current offers during your free estimate.

$100/mo for 3 months, then about $137/mo for 57 months

on a $6,000 estimate with 0% for 3 months. Interest-free monthly payments during the 3-month 0% window, then a higher payment at 13.99% APR on the remaining balance for the rest of the 60-month term.

Estimate only. All financing is subject to credit approval through Financeit and an administrative fee of 1.5% (maximum $149). Myth: the 3-month and 6-month 0% plans work the same. They don't. The 3-month promo is no payments and no interest for 3 months. The 6-month promo is no interest for six months, but monthly payments are still required. After either promo, APR becomes 13.99% for the remainder of the 60-month term — the 8.99% rate applies only to the standard non-promotional 60-month plan.

How this works▾

All plans use a 60-month term. The 3-month promo defers payments and interest for three months, then amortizes the balance at 13.99% APR. The 6-month promo keeps monthly payments during the 0% window, then moves to 13.99% APR. The standard non-promotional plan is 8.99% APR for the full 60 months. A 1.5% administrative fee (max $149) applies to all financed amounts.

These figures are illustrative, not an offer. Your actual amount comes from a free on-site estimate, and approval and current promotional terms are set by Financeit. You may choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments.

Common mistakes to avoid

Assuming you have to pay cash or wait

Putting off a failing furnace because of up-front cost can mean an emergency replacement on the coldest night — at the worst time to make a big decision. Financing lets you plan it on your terms.
