Pricing, scope of work, equipment models, and timelines become binding only when set out in a written service agreement or work order that you have signed or otherwise approved. If additional work or materials are discovered to be necessary once work begins, we will communicate the change and obtain your approval before proceeding.

We offer financing options through Financeit and other third-party lenders to help make home comfort more affordable. Financing is provided by those third parties, not by TemperaturePro Saskatoon. Any application, approval, interest rate, and repayment obligation is governed by the lender's own agreement, terms, and privacy policy, and approval is subject to the lender's credit criteria. We do not guarantee approval and are not responsible for the lending decisions, products, or practices of third-party financing providers.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with applicable warranties on labour, and manufacturer warranties may apply to installed equipment and parts. The specific terms, coverage, and duration vary by service type and equipment and will be provided to you in connection with your service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or work performed by others. This section describes service warranties and is separate from the website disclaimer in Section 12.

Our total aggregate liability arising from the services we provide will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under Saskatchewan consumer-protection legislation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TemperaturePro Saskatoon, its owners, employees, and franchisor from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and services. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale of our business.
