TemperaturePro Saskatoon is a featured installer of Napoleon and a factory-certified Navien specialist — and we also service every major HVAC brand a Saskatoon home might have. Napoleon is a Canadian-owned manufacturer with a broad heating and cooling lineup; Navien is known for high-efficiency condensing tankless water heaters and combi-boilers. Featuring a brand isn't about pushing it — it means our team is trained and equipped to install and support it properly.
Quick answer
- We're a featured installer of Napoleon and a factory-certified Navien specialist.
- Napoleon is a Canadian-owned manufacturer with furnaces, AC, and heat pumps in its lineup.
- Navien specializes in condensing tankless water heaters and combi-boilers.
- We still service every major brand — Lennox, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Goodman, Rheem and more.
- Factory certification means proper install, warranty handling, and support — not a sales quota.
Napoleon — a Canadian-owned manufacturer
Napoleon is a Canadian-owned, family-founded manufacturer (one of North America's larger privately held HVAC and hearth makers) with a broad home-comfort lineup. For Saskatchewan homeowners there's a certain fit in heating a prairie home with equipment from a Canadian company that understands cold. As a featured installer, our technicians are trained on the lineup and we stock and support it — which matters most when you need a part or warranty service in the middle of winter. We'll recommend Napoleon when it's the right fit for your home and budget, and we'll say so plainly when another brand suits you better.
Navien — condensing tankless and combi specialists
Navien is widely recognized for high-efficiency condensing tankless water heaters and combi-boilers that heat both your home and your domestic hot water. Being a factory-certified Navien specialist means our team is trained to size, install, and service these units correctly — which is especially important here, where a tankless unit has to handle very cold incoming winter groundwater. If you're weighing on-demand hot water, see Navien tankless vs. a tank.
We service every major brand
Featuring Napoleon and Navien doesn't lock you in. Our technicians repair and maintain every major HVAC brand Saskatoon homes run — Lennox, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Goodman, Amana, Bryant, Rheem, York, and more — plus indoor-air brands like Honeywell and Aprilaire. Because our technicians are non-commissioned, the recommendation is always about what's right for your home, not which logo is on the box. Compare brands honestly in Napoleon furnaces vs. other brands.
Common mistakes to avoid
Choosing on brand name alone
The best furnace is the one correctly sized and well installed for your home — install quality matters as much as the badge. A great brand installed poorly underperforms; a solid brand installed right lasts.
Buying from someone who can't support the brand
Equipment is only as good as the warranty and service behind it. Buying a brand your installer isn't trained on can mean slow parts and warranty headaches — factory certification exists to prevent exactly that.

Frequently asked questions
Is Napoleon a good brand?
Napoleon is a well-established Canadian-owned manufacturer with a broad heating and cooling lineup, and we're a featured installer trained to install and support it. As with any brand, the real key is correct sizing and a quality install — which we handle either way.
Do you only install Napoleon and Navien?
No. Those are the brands we feature and are factory-certified on, but we install and service every major HVAC brand. Our non-commissioned technicians recommend what fits your home and budget, not a single manufacturer.
